Dear Bengal Nation,

The Beckham Athletic Foundation (BAF) is the primary fundraising organization of the Lucy Beckham Athletic Department. Charleston County School District (CCSD) provides funds to help us cover a small portion of the overall budget that is needed to run and operate LBHS athletics. It does not cover ALL our needs. For us to be able to compete at a high level and help provide our student athletes with a great experience, we need YOUR help!

The BAF is responsible for raising funds through family donations, charitable gifts, corporate sponsorships, season passes, and special fundraising events. Gifts to the BAF of any amount, makes a difference. The funds raised help the athletic department pay for annual costs that are NOT covered by CCSD funds.

Money raised will help support:

• Transportation for teams to and from games

• Team uniforms

• Facility needs

• Equipment needs

• Team software (HUDDLE) & technology
